No Straight Lines

The path from startup to scaleup to enterprise-ready is rarely linear. Lydia & Co. helps companies and leadership teams navigate the critical inflection points along the way, from company and product strategy to value creation to operational scale, drawing on executive leadership at Adobe, PayPal, Checkr, and RBCx.
